What we collect

When you buy tickets, Circus Arts Conservatory collects what is needed to complete and deliver your order: your name, your email address, and — if you choose text-message delivery — your mobile number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process your order, deliver your tickets, send receipts, and — if you opted in — send text messages about your order and the performances you hold tickets for.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages you have requested.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that operate this ticketing service on our behalf — payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and hosting — and as required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of Circus Arts Conservatory Ticket Alerts. To ask about or delete your information, contact the box office.
